DisabilityPenn Tank Lines provides short-term and long-term disability benefits at no cost to employees. This program provides income replacement to employees who experience a non-work related injury or illness.
AflacAll employees are eligible to enroll in Aflac for benefits such as Supplemental Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance and Hospital Indemnity.

Driver Requirements:
- 23 years of age
- Possess a valid Class A CDL in state of residence with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements (no endorsements required for Genesis Transportation, the Flatbed division of Penn Tank Lines)
- Candidates who are willing to obtain these endorsements, or who are in the process of obtaining these endorsements are encouraged to apply
- 2 years of recent verifiable tractor- trailer driving experience (1 year for Genesis Flatbed)
- Must be able to pass a DOT Physical, Pre-Employment Drug Test and Road Test
- Must be able to meet all USDOT requirements
Disqualifiers:
- More than 3 total Moving Violations in the last 3 years, with no more than 1 Violation in the last 12 months prior to hiring
- Rollover accidents in a commercial vehicle
- A DOT preventable-rear end accident
- More than 1 preventable on-road accident in the last 3 years
- A reckless / careless driving conviction or plea in the last 3 years
- A license suspension or revocation for a moving violation in the last 3 years
- DUI in the last 7 years
- Speeding violations 15 MPH or more over the speed limit in the past 3 years
